This means we only collect and use information you provided to us to solely provide you with a  " service "  of getting you a mini cab to transport you from A to B.  For example we may provide your details to one or more of our drivers so that they can complete the journey with you, which you booked using our website, app or via phone. We do not share our data with any third parties.

All your personal information provided to us will be stored on an encrypted secure password and login system (Cordic).  Your Information will be held for 1 year from the last time you used our service.


The reason we keep your information for this period of time

is to enable us to provide you with a quick and efficient service and save you having to re-input and repeat all your information every time you use our services.  Financial and Transaction Data legally has to be retained for six years.Paperwork containing personal information will be stored in a securely locked filing cabinet and will be shredded when no longer needed.
